Payment Policy

At our online shop, we accept payment through bank deposit or fund transfer. Please read the following payment policy carefully before making a purchase.

Bank Deposit:

  • Bank deposits can be made to our account at any branch of the bank specified in the checkout page.
  • You must include your order number in the deposit reference field.
  • After making the deposit, please send a clear photo or scanned copy of the deposit slip to our email address provided in the checkout page.
  • Your order will be shipped only after the deposit has been confirmed by our accounting department.

Fund Transfer:

  • Fund transfers can be made to our account using your bank’s online banking platform or mobile banking app.
  • You must include your order number in the transaction description.
  • After making the transfer, please send a screenshot of the transaction confirmation page to our email address provided in the checkout page.
  • Your order will be shipped only after the transfer has been confirmed by our accounting department.

Important Note:

  • Please make the payment within 3 business days of placing the order, or the order may be cancelled.
  • The total amount payable for the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed at the checkout page.
  • We do not accept cash on delivery or cheques.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
